Your satisfaction is our main goal. We want to make sure your event is the very best it can be. We want to make you a customer for life. If you do encounter any problems, Please contact us immediately at 941-504-7855.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information will, under no circumstance, ever be sold or otherwise distributed.

Delivery
Free Delivery is included with your rental within a 30 mile radius of the 34202 zip code. Contact us for delivery charges in your area outside the 30 mile radius.

Sales Tax
Rental fees do not include sales tax of 7%.

Additional Fees
We charge an additional fee when units use water.  This fee is for clean up and drying of the equipment.

A $20 fee will be assesed for any returned checks.

How do I reserve a moonwalk?

Call us at 941-504-7855 and we will be happy to set up an appointment for you.

What are the rental hours?

Deliveries are between 7 AM and 8 PM. These times may change under certain circumstances.   

Are Moonwalks safe?

Yes, they are designed with safety first. They are made from a fire retardant material with safety netting all around. If you follow the rules provided, these units are very safe. All safety rules and guidelines will be reviewed prior to use.

How much room will I need?

Depending on which unit you rent, the space will vary. Click on the unit you would like to rent to see the dimensions. We will also discuss this with you prior to your rental.

What if it rains or bad weather?

If you cancel 3 days prior to delivery, you will not be charged and released of any commitment. However, once the unit has been delivered, NO REFUND will be made. If you suspect bad weather, we ask that you cancel prior to delivery, or have an alternate indoor space available. In the case of high winds upon delivery, a representative will determine if it is safe to setup the unit. If this occurs, you will be released from any financial responsibility.

Do you deliver in our area?

We will deliver to any area within a 30 mile radius of zip code 34202. Any other area can have an additional delivery charge. Call us to find out if we are able to deliver in your area and for current pricing.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, check, money order, MasterCard, Visa Discover and even PayPal.

Do I need to have a down payment?

Yes, deposit is required and the amount varies on how many items you wish to rent. You may pay with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover on our website.

Can I pay my total amount due at time of deposit?

Yes, we allow you to do so.  Give us a call and we can generate your invoice and send it via email for your review.  You may then pay with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover or we can send you a request through PayPal.

What if I do not have electricity?

Electricity is required to power the blower units. We provide extension cords. The blowers are very efficient (about 14 cents an hour) to operate. If you do not have power available, we offer generator rentals as well.

How far in advance do I need to order?

Rental is on a first come first served basis. It is wise to get your reservations in early to be guaranteed your moonwalk is available. We suggest 2-4 weeks prior to your event. If you do have last minute needs, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I pickup a moonwalk?

We prefer to deliver all products, so we can place them in an area that allows children to play safely, and ensures the product will not be damaged. Our prices include delivery and setup. Please call us with any questions.

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A DEPOSIT:

Please call 941-504-7855 before making a deposit to make sure your item is available.  Once this has been confirmed by Lets Jump, please review our Rental Agreement's payment and cancellation policy.  A $50 non refundable deposit is required and will be applied to your invoice upon delivery. 

We ask that you take the time and review all of the terms and conditions in our rental agreement.  You will be required to sign this agreement at completion of setup.
